Ingredients:

• 4 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
• ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp flour
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl while still warm.
2. Add butter, cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it forms a smooth dough.
3. Form small patties using your hands.
4. Roll each patty lightly in breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
6. Fry each side for about 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Tip:
They taste amazing with sour cream or garlic yogurt dip.
